Welcome to Western's new program, Pioneer Technical Learning Community! The 170 students in this program have the unique opportunity of having three classes in common: English, math, and Multi-media (computer technology). Not only can these students build strong relationships with each other, but they also have the advantage of having three teachers in common who are in contact with each other, and work together to support and assist these 170 students! In short, the program is like having a small school (PTLC) within a school (Western). The teachers involved in the program are Mrs. Ruiz and Ms. Rosette in English, Mrs. Kanaly in math, and Mr. DiPalma in Multi-media (computer technology). We look forward to working with each other and all of our students and parents to make our first year of PTLC a huge success!
